As an Inbound Sales Specialist, you will manage incoming calls, messages, and leads, understand customer requirements, and recommend the most suitable products or services while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Handle inbound customer calls, chats, and inquiries professionally Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions Convert incoming leads into confirmed sales Build positive relationships and deliver exceptional customer service Provide clear information regarding products, pricing, and services Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to achieve targets

Previous experience in sales, customer support, or a related role preferred Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Ability to understand customer needs and close sales confidently Basic computer knowledge; CRM experience is an advantage Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented mindset Must be available for on-site night shift work
