Description

We are seeking experienced and motivated Inbound Telecom Sales Agents to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a proven ability to close sales in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound sales calls from US-based customers Convert leads into successful sales and achieve monthly targets Provide accurate information about products and services Maintain and update CRM records, including follow-ups Deliver exceptional customer service at all times

Qualifications

Minimum 1–2 years of inbound telecom sales experience (mandatory) Experience with US telecom campaigns (e.g., Spectrum, AT&T) is preferred Excellent English communication skills Strong sales closing skills with a target-oriented mindset Willingness and ability to work night shifts
