Internal Auditor

We are looking for an Internal Auditor.

Conduct internal audits of financial, operational, and compliance processes Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and identify control gaps Perform risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies Review inventory management, procurement, and production processes Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements Prepare detailed audit reports with findings and actionable recommendations Monitor implementation of audit observations and corrective actions Coordinate with cross-functional teams for audit execution and follow-ups Assist in developing and improving audit frameworks and procedures

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in BBA, MBA (Finance/Accounting) or related field 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing setup Strong knowledge of internal audit practices, risk management, and compliance Familiarity with inventory audits, costing, and operational audits Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, Oracle) will be an added advantage
