International Recruitment Specialist-Canadian Market

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and results-driven International Recruitment Specialist to oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for North American clients, with a primary emphasis on the Canadian market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, assessing, and placing skilled and semi-skilled professionals while ensuring full compliance with international employment laws, licensing requirements, and industry standards.

Verify candidate work authorization and ensure adherence to Canadian and U.S. employment regulations. Review and validate trade licenses, certifications, and credentials for skilled positions. Source, screen, and conduct interviews using diverse recruitment channels and methodologies. Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for both temporary and permanent placements. Collaborate closely with hiring managers and international clients to understand and fulfill workforce requirements. Manage candidate engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle, including offer negotiation and onboarding coordination. Maintain accurate recruitment records and generate timely hiring and performance reports.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience. Minimum of 2+ years of experience in international recruitment, preferably with exposure to the Canadian market. Strong understanding of North American hiring practices, employment laws, and compliance frameworks. Excellent English communication skills, with strong interviewing and stakeholder management capabilities.
