IT Officer

Job Title: IT Officer Location: Karachi (Onsite) Qualification: BS IT / BS Computer Science / BS/BE/Telecom / Computer Engineer Basic knowledge of Lan, Wan, Computer Operating Systems, Fiber, VOIP, Hardware and Software Experience: Min 2 years of relevant experience Job Description: Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone) Setting up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary Installation cameras, IP phones Installing and configuring appropriate software and functions according to specifications Basic troubleshooting of Fiber media convertor. Provide technical support either by phone, remote access or site visits as needed. Check computer hardware (HDD, mouse, keyboards etc.) to ensure functionality Identify computer or network equipment shortages.
