Description

As an IT Support Engineer, you will become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. Working under the guidance of the Team Lead and a dedicated mentor, this role focuses on daily support tasks and resolving technical issues to maintain smooth operations.

Responsibilities

At least one year of experience with IT Support & Collaboration: Resolve Service Desk tickets, manage access controls, and work closely with advanced IT teams (Infra, Sec, Net) on complex issues Employee Lifecycle: Manage end-to-end technical onboarding and offboarding, including workstation setup and secure asset recovery Assets & Logistics: Track IT inventory, coordinate with vendors, and handle office shipments and procurement logistics Workspace & Event Operations: Maintain the health of workstations and meeting rooms, ensuring compliance, and provide AV/technical support for office events

Qualifications

Operating Systems & Software: Basic administration of Windows 11+, Linux (Ubuntu), and macOS. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace Infrastructure Fundamentals: Foundational knowledge of networking, Active Directory, and Group Policy Objects (GPO) Troubleshooting & ITIL: Ability to diagnose and resolve standard hardware and software issues under pressure, backed by a strong understanding of ITIL principles and a "client-first" service approach Logistics & Asset Coordination: Experience in inventory management and handling physical logistics, including receiving, shipping, and setting up equipment for events Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users. English — Intermediate or higher Team & Growth: A proactive team player with a self-motivated approach to professional development, ready to learn through internal documentation and peer mentorship
