Description

Intersys Ltd. is seeking a friendly and professional ๐…๐ซ๐จ๐ง๐ญ ๐ƒ๐ž๐ฌ๐ค ๐Ž๐Ÿ๐Ÿ๐ข๐œ๐ž๐ซ to be the initial point of contact for our Visitors and Candidates. The ideal candidate will create a welcoming environment, assist guests and Walk-In candidates with inquiries, and ensure a smooth and positive experience from arrival to departure. - Shift Timings: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM - Location: DHA phase 6, Karachi. - Working Days: 5 (sat & sun off)

Responsibilities

- Greet and assist visitors, walk-in and scheduled candidates. - Maintain the reception area and handle front desk tasks. - Facilitate pre-employment and post-employment documentation. - Assist in onboarding by handing over offer & appointment letters. - Collect, verify, and maintain employee documentation and records. - Manage visitor logs and appointment schedules. - Handle phone calls and direct them appropriately.

Qualifications

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Presentable, polite, and People-focused attitude. - Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
