CONVO is seeking a driven and curious Product Manager with 1–3 years of experience working on SaaS-based products or platforms (preferably in the B2B space). This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about product development and looking to grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will work alongside a senior product managers, designers, and engineers to help shape features, understand user needs, and improve the product experience.

Responsibilities

Rapid Domain Mastery: Quickly learn and understand our complex industry domain and product platform to hit the ground running and drive immediate value. Identify Product Gaps: Generate ideas to address gaps in the features and ideate with the team to add product capabilities. Requirement Translation & User Journeys: Collaborate with senior product team members to document product features, translating complex domain requirements into clear, effective user journeys, user stories, and specs for the development and QA teams. Mockups and Wireframes: Refine user journeys based on requirements to generate complex UX wireframes and visual mockups leveraging AI tools.. AI-Driven Efficiency: Proactively leverage AI tools and platforms to expedite workflows, automate routine tasks, enhance product insights, and accelerate the delivery of high-quality features. Support Product Discovery: Assist in user research, gathering insights, and helping define user personas, contributing to the overall product roadmap. Data-Informed Decision Making: Use stakeholder feedback and product analytics to identify areas for improvement or new feature opportunities. AI-First Execution: Leverage AI-based tools and platforms to streamline workflows, enhance product insights, and accelerate delivery of high-quality features. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with designers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of features. Effective Communication: Communicate ideas, gaps, and trade-offs clearly to designers, development teams, ensuring alignment with stakeholders. Customer Understanding: Interact with end users and customer-facing teams to understand pain points and gather feedback. Quality Thinking: Participate in product testing and help ensure that releases meet quality and functional expectations.

Qualifications

Education: BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. Experience: 1–3 years of experience in product management or closely related roles, ideally in a SaaS B2B environment. AI-First solution designer: Quickly leverage existing AI tools and technologies to expedite the workflow and achieve meaningful results more quickly. Product Mindset: A passion for solving user problems and building great digital experiences. Proactive & Self-Starter: Demonstrated ability to take initiative and manage workload independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels. Tools: Familiarity with product management, project management and design tools Learning Orientation: Open to feedback, comfortable asking questions, and eager to grow. Problem Solver: A high level of openness and adaptability, with the ability to rapidly learn new concepts and translate them into practical solutions.
