Description

We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Junior Project Sales Executive to support the growth of our CCTV and security solutions portfolio across the Benelux market. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their sales career who is passionate about technology, business development, and building strong client relationships within the security industry. You will work closely with distributors, system integrators, installers, and security professionals to develop new business opportunities, grow existing accounts, and promote innovative surveillance and security solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic business plans to grow Dahua's CCTV Solutions product portfolio across the Benelux market. Identify, engage, and support new business opportunities with distributors, integrators, and security professionals. Monitor partner performance, including sell-in, sell-out, and inventory management. Drive account growth through strong relationship management with key channel partners. Build strong relationships with key partners and act as a trusted advisor Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify trends and opportunities. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure pre- and post-sales support is seamless. Represent Dahua at trade shows, partner events, and customer meetings. Proactively seek out new business opportunities and coordinate meetings with potential partners to fuel business development Strategize, plan, and deliver compelling presentations to engage business partners and stakeholders Identify and establish partnerships with the most suitable fire alarm and life safety product distribution channels Advocate for the inclusion of Dahua’s products in system specifications, actively influencing purchasing decisions

Qualifications

1+ years experience in business development or sales within the security, CCTV systems, or IoT sectors. Results-driven with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. Strong communicator – able to clearly present solutions and build trust with clients and partners. Tech-savvy, with a solid understanding of alarm systems, intrusion detection, or IoT security solutions. Proactive mindset – you take initiative, identify opportunities, and follow through with impact. Relationship builder – skilled at nurturing long-term partnerships and navigating B2B environments. Adaptable and self-motivated, comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, field-based role. Fluent in English and either Dutch or French; additional languages are a plus. Willingness to travel regularly across the Benelux region.
