Legal Associate

Treadstone Associates Pakistan is an advisory firm providing experienced support to solve key challenges. Treadstone provides critical legal advisory across various practice areas in Canadian jurisdictions.

Provide legal research and analysis on business issues, regulatory requirements, and industry-specific compliance. Draft, review, and assist in negotiating contracts, service agreements, NDAs, and other legal documents. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with local and international legal standards. Support senior legal counsel in client consultations, risk assessments, and strategic planning. Maintain organized records of legal documents, client files, and regulatory submissions. Assist in the development and implementation of internal legal policies and procedures. Act as a liaison with external legal advisors, if and when required.

Bachelor's degree in law (LLB or equivalent) 1–3 years of experience in a legal, compliance, or regulatory role within the real estate or property sector (experience in professional services preferred). Strong legal research, contract review, and drafting skills with keen attention to detail. Familiarity with real estate transactions, property law, leasing, and land use regulations is an asset. Comfortable using legal databases and digital communication platforms (e.g., Teams, Loop, Outlook). Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills. High level of professionalism, discretion, and client service orientation.
