Description

We are seeking a motivated and skilled New Hire Sales Enablement Trainer to join the Sales Enablement team. This role is critical in onboarding and accelerating the success of new Account Executives (AEs) through structured training, coaching, and inspection. The role owns execution of the PK New Hire Learning Plan, with a strong emphasis on ZonesConnect digital adoption, product enablement, client acquisition, and core sales methodologies. The trainer will coach, mentor, and support new hires to ensure they meet and exceed ramp goals, WIGs, and early performance milestones—while aligning with Zones’ strategic vision and execution standards.

Responsibilities

Execute the PK New Hire Learning Plan, ensuring all new AEs achieve ramp, WIG, and early productivity targets. Enable new hires on ZonesConnect digital adoption, including positioning, value proposition, standards capture, special pricing, and driving consumption. Deliver structured enablement on client acquisition, including discovery tracks, objection handling, standards conversations, and digital experience. Ensure new hires meet and exceed initial goals related to digital adoption, client engagement, and sales execution. Training Delivery & Program Management Design, develop, and deliver training programs, workshops, roleplays, and coaching sessions aligned with company goals and values. Provide high-quality, engaging, and consistent training across multiple learning formats. Conduct assessments, quizzes, roleplays, and readiness evaluations to validate learning effectiveness. Ensure training content aligns with Zones’ 5P Execution philosophy (Proactive, Prepared, Precise, Prescriptive, Practiced) and Five-Star Service standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Commerce, HR, Training/Learning & Development, or a related field. Proven experience in sales training, sales enablement, or talent development, preferably in IT or technology environments. Strong understanding of sales methodologies such as Question-Based Selling (QBS), PAS, and objection handling. Experience with CRM platforms, e-commerce tools, and sales analytics. Exceptional communication, presentation, coaching, and mentoring skills. Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and build strong working relationships. Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications Experience with digital sales tools, cloud technologies, or CSP-aligned selling motions. Familiarity with sales analytics tools such as Power BI. Experience working in global or multicultural environments. Certification or formal training in adult learning, facilitation, or instructional design. Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in training programs.
