We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth and efficient working environment. The ideal candidate will manage front office activities, coordinate administrative functions, and support HR and operational processes.

Responsibilities

Handle Incoming Calls and General Inquiries Professionally Coordinate Courier Deliveries and Manage Visitor Access Passes Prepare Meeting Rooms, Including Printing Materials and Providing Basic Meeting Support Manage Office Supplies and Consumables (Stationery, Water, Coffee, Etc.) Coordinate with Service Providers Such as Internet, Cleaning, Maintenance, And Printing Vendors Track Minor Office Expenses and Submit Supporting Documentation to The Accounts Team Organize Meetings, Appointments, And Internal Briefings Send Calendar Invites and Prepare Meeting Agendas and Minutes Arrange Travel Bookings (Flights, Hotels, Transportation) For Executives and Staff Maintain Organized Records of Documents Such as Contracts and Licenses Liaise with Pros for Administrative Requirements Support HR Functions Including Onboarding Documentation and Induction Coordination Maintain Basic HR Records (Leave, Sick Leave, Employee Data)

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field Experience supporting HR or administrative functions Familiarity with UAE administrative processes / PRO coordination (preferred)
