Operations Associate

Treadstone Associates Pakistan is a global professional services firm offering team augmentation and strategic operational support. We partner with international clients across operations, legal, marketing, finance, and business support functions. Our Associate Program is designed to help young professionals build strong operational, analytical, and leadership capabilities.

Assist with daily administrative operations, workflow coordination, and task management. Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, meeting minutes, and operational records. Support internal teams by coordinating schedules, maintaining trackers, and ensuring timely follow-ups. Collaborate with sales, marketing, legal, and finance teams to ensure smooth administrative workflows. Help develop and update internal operational systems, SOPs, and process documentation. Track KPIs, deadlines, and project milestones while providing administrative support on special projects.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related discipline. Strong organizational and administrative skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to support and improve administrative workflows. Familiarity with productivity, CRM, or project management tools is a plus. Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced global environment.
