Description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Developer to design, develop, and maintain solutions within the Oracle Fusion HCM environment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in HCM modules and hands-on experience with integrations, fast formulas, and data migration. This role will collaborate closely with functional teams, business stakeholders, and IT leadership to deliver scalable and efficient HCM solutions.
Responsibilities
Customize, configure, and enhance Oracle Fusion HCM modules (such as Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Benefits, Performance, Learning, and Recruitment).
Develop and maintain HCM Extracts, BI Publisher reports, OTBI dashboards, Fast Formulas, and HCM Data Loader (HDL) scripts.
Build and manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and external interfacing technologies.
Support quarterly Oracle Cloud releases, testing new features, and validating post-deployment results.
Perform technical impact analysis, troubleshoot issues, and provide root-cause analysis for production incidents.
Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into design and technical specifications.
Ensure compliance with enterprise IT standards, data privacy, and security protocols.
Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Qualifications
4–8 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM development and support.
Proficiency in HCM Extracts, Fast Formula, OTBI, BI Publisher, HDL, and OIC.
Experience with HCM REST and SOAP web services integration patterns.
Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud security roles and HCM data model architecture.
Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, and familiarity with XML, XSLT, and JSON.
Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies preferred.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience with VBCS preferred
