Responsibilities

-Process monthly payroll for employees accurately and on schedule -Maintain payroll records, attendance, and leave data -Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations -Handle salary adjustments, deductions, and benefits -Prepare payroll reports and reconcile discrepancies -Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for payroll-related matters

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, or a related field 1–2 years of experience in payroll or a similar role Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good command of MS Excel Knowledge of payroll systems and labor laws is a plus Strong communication skills (Urdu & English)
