10Pearls is hiring a motivated and confident People Engagement Intern to join our People & Culture team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about employee experience, enjoy engaging with people, and are comfortable in communication-focused and public-facing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Support people engagement and employee experience initiatives Assist in organizing and coordinating internal events, activities, and engagement sessions Collaborate with employees across teams to enhance workplace culture Support public speaking engagements, presentations, and on-ground coordination Provide ongoing support to the People team in daily engagement-related tasks

Qualifications

Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills Confident personality with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups Interest in HR, People Experience, or Employee Engagement Availability to work on-site, five days a week Preference for candidates residing nearby or comfortable with daily commuting
