Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats from US-based patients Assist patients with appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups Verify patient demographics and insurance information accurately Guide patients regarding treatment processes, billing inquiries, and coverage details Coordinate with healthcare providers, billing teams, and internal departments Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM/EHR systems Ensure compliance with HIPAA and US healthcare regulations Deliver empathetic, professional, and solution-oriented patient support

2–3 years of experience in patient services, front desk, or healthcare administration Hands-on experience with patient scheduling, insurance verification, and prior authorizations Familiarity with referral processes and healthcare workflows Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment
