Procurement Executive

The role focuses on assisting in vendor coordination, quotation comparison, purchase order processing, and maintaining procurement records.

Assist in sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations. Compare prices, specifications, and delivery timelines. Prepare and process purchase orders under supervision. Follow up with vendors regarding order confirmations and deliveries. Maintain proper documentation of purchase records and invoices. Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing requirements. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures. Monitor stock levels and inform seniors about replenishment needs. Support in vendor evaluation and maintaining supplier database.

Minimum qualification: Intermediate (FA/FSc or equivalent) Must own a motorbike for field visits and procurement tasks Should be dedicated and hardworking with a strong sense of responsibility Willingness to commute and travel as required for procurement activities Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks Basic communication and coordination skills
