Product Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Product Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience and visual aesthetics of our products. You will work closely with the product lead and engineering team to create delightful and user-friendly user experiences.

User Research: Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Gather insights through interviews, surveys, and usability testing. UX Design: Create intuitive user experiences. Ensure a consistent and seamless user experience across the products. Collaboration: Work closely with the product lead, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals. Communicate design rationale and present design solutions effectively. Design Systems: Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across product and platforms. Wireframing and Prototyping: Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to illustrate design concepts and user flows. Using Figma. Visual Design: Produce high-quality visual designs, including layout, color schemes, typography, and iconography. Ensure designs are pixel-perfect and meet brand standards. Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability tests to gather user feedback. Analyze results and iterate on designs to improve usability and user satisfaction. Staying Current: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Apply new knowledge and techniques to enhance design quality and innovation.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related years of experience in the field. Experience: 3+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a related role. Experience with both web and mobile design is required. Relevant Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Miro, Figjam and Origami Studio. Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design work, including wireframes, prototypes, and final designs. Demonstrated experience in designing SaaS and B2B products. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with other teams Attention to Detail: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to analyze user feedback and translate it into actionable design improvements. Creativity: A creative thinker with a passion for design and innovation. Ability to generate unique ideas and solutions. Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
