Product Specialist (Electronic Security)

This Technical-Commercial Product Specialist role focuses on the promotion, configuration, and support of Dahua security products with top distributors and wholesale customers. Ideal candidates should bring a strong background in electronic security systems, with experience in top brands. Candidates with an established network in the industry and technical sales skills are highly preferred.

1. Eco-Partner Development: Collaborate with product managers to build and maintain relationships with eco-partners for Dahua’s CCTV, alarm, video intercom, and access control solutions. 2. Product Demonstration: Showcase new product features to channel customers, highlighting benefits and competitive advantages. 3. Product Selection & Configuration: Provide guidance on product selection and configure solutions tailored to each customer’s needs. 4. Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues related to CCTV and alarm systems, access control, and related software. 5. Training & Knowledge Sharing: Conduct training sessions for technicians within partner channels to enhance technical knowledge and product expertise. 6. Sales Collaboration: Partner closely with the sales team to develop comprehensive sales strategies that address specific customer requirements. 7. Market Feedback & Marketing Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to promote Dahua products and gather valuable market insights for continuous improvement.

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, or related field (preferred). 2. Experience: 3+ years in electronic security, including 2 years as pre-sales, technical support, or product management roles. 3. Background in top CCTV and electronic security products. Proficiency in relevant software for these systems. 4. Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with leading brands. Knowledge of networking, IP cameras, and system integration. Event planning. 5. Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving abilities. 6. Language: Conversational English.
