Project Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Solar Project Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, execution, and successful completion of various solar projects within our organization. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, managing project resources, and ensuring that the solar projects are delivered on time and within budget while meeting quality and safety standards.

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. Determine and allocate necessary resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials. Establish project milestones and monitor progress to ensure timely completion. Apply engineering principles and best practices to resolve technical challenges. Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses. Provide technical guidance and support to project teams. Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure project requirements are met. Implement and enforce quality control measures to meet project specifications. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols. Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain project quality. Act as a point of contact between project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams. Prepare and deliver progress reports, presentations, and documentation. Address and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during project execution. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage changes in project scope, schedule, and budget. Proactively address any issues that may impact project success. Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints. Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising project quality.

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field (Master's degree preferred). 2+ years of experience in solar project engineering or related roles. Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.
