We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will manage front-desk operations, handle phone calls, greet visitors, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth office functioning.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a polite and professional manner. Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls promptly. Handle inquiries in person and via phone/email, providing accurate information. Maintain a tidy and organized reception area. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries. Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings. Maintain visitor records and update contact lists.

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or Intermediate with strong communication skills. At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist or front-desk role. (Fresh candidates with good interpersonal skills may be considered.) Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented demeanor. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
