Relationship Executive - Retail

The Relationship Executive is responsible for achieving sales targets, focusing on deposits solely from NTB customers, and cross-selling banking products while ensuring compliance with Shariah guidelines and maintaining high service quality standards.

Tag and manage a portfolio based on employee ID, enabling account opening in any branch. To open valued accounts on monthly basis with an average balance of Rs >50k each as per assigned KPIs. Ensure the proper input of sales pipeline and customer profiling using the provided Sales Management Platform (SMP). Maintain and update sales management logs, including call reports, pipeline management reports, and scorecards. Attend daily morning huddles led by the Branch Manager. Conduct regular sales calls and visits as per prevailing SMP guidelines in order to engage with customers. Timely support to operations for the submission of AOFs and ensure KYC regime is updated and in compliance with best practices. Uphold Shariah compliance in all banking activities in case of Islamic Branches. Deliver exceptional customer service. Participate in relevant training sessions. Represent the bank professionally, ensuring adherence to the dress code and overall presentation. Maintain a sufficient level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and needs. Follow the bank's code of conduct.
