Develop and nurture strong client relationships by gaining deep insights into their financial goals, offering customized solutions, and maintaining consistent engagement to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring timely resolution of inquiries, seamless transaction processing and proactive engagement. Ensure full compliance with Bank’s policies and regulatory requirements, including Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and risk management frameworks, to uphold operational integrity, mitigate financial risks and protect the bank from regulatory violations. Educate and encourage customers to adopt digital banking platforms, enhancing accessibility, transaction efficiency and service convenience while aligning with the bank’s digital transformation initiatives.
