Core Edge Solutions is hiring a results-driven Sales Development Representative with proven call center experience handling USA-based clients. This role focuses on outbound sales, lead conversion, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment. Location: Gulberg III, Lahore Job Type: Full-time Work Mode: On-site Shift Timing: 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM Working Days: 6 days per week

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information Promote and sell company products/services to meet sales targets Follow up with leads to ensure conversion and customer satisfaction Build and maintain long-term client relationships Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly sales goals

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience with USA-based call center campaigns Strong communication and negotiation skills Experience with CRM systems and computer applications Confident in outbound sales and lead conversion Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment Professional attitude with strong problem-solving skills
