MB Group is hiring Sales Executives for its outbound call center operations in Karachi. The role involves engaging with customers through phone calls, promoting products or services, and converting leads into sales. Responsibilities

Make outbound sales calls to potential customers Promote company products and services Convert leads into successful sales Handle customer queries and objections effectively Maintain daily call and sales records Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs Work in evening/night shifts as required Follow call center scripts and sales processes Support team performance and coordination

Qualifications

Minimum Intermediate or A-Levels Good English communication skills Strong negotiation and persuasion skills Prior experience in sales, BPO, or customer support (preferred) Ability to work in a target-driven environment Basic computer and communication skills Confidence in handling phone-based communication
