Description

Dahua Benelux is seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Management & Assistant to support the sales team and ensure efficient coordination between internal departments, distributors, and clients. This role plays a key part in sales operations, meeting coordination, system management, and overall business process optimization.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and organize biweekly and monthly meetings with channel sales teams and distributors; prepare and distribute meeting minutes. Arrange and support various meetings including sales, technical, and project-related sessions. Maintain and organize distributor data, ensuring accurate and timely uploads into internal systems (e.g., GSP). Update and manage customer records, including SI lists and key project tracking. Operate and maintain internal IT systems such as GSP to ensure data accuracy and usability. Support contract processes, including review, signature coordination, and execution tracking. Monitor order processing, delivery coordination, and confirmation of receipt. Handle invoicing, reconciliation, and follow up on outstanding payments. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution. Assist in sample management and support supply chain coordination. Contribute to the optimization of internal systems and workflows. Support internal and external training initiatives related to systems and processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in sales support, operations, or administrative roles. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and coordination abilities. Excellent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with CRM/ERP systems is a plus. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Fluent in Mandarin and English; additional European languages are an advantage.
