SDR (SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE)

SDR Required Key Responsibilities * Pipeline Development: o Design and execute strategies to build a high-quality sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, lead follow-ups, and industry networking. o Identify and target potential clients across retail, fintech, healthcare, telecom, and other key sectors served by AhuTech * Lead Qualification: o Oversee the qualification process, converting Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and opportunities using defined criteria (e.g., BANT: Budget, Authority, Need, Timing). * Collaboration with Pre-Sales: o Partner with the pre-sales team to develop compelling proposals, demos, and proof-of-concepts that showcase company’s technical expertise and value proposition. o Facilitate client discovery sessions to understand needs. * Team Leadership: o Foster a collaborative environment between sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams to ensure client success. * Market Insights: o Stay informed on industry trends (e.g., AI, digital transformation, enterprise software) to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies. o Provide feedback to marketing and product teams to align offerings with client needs.
