Role Overview – Al Ameera Foodstuff Industry is hiring a Senior HR Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Sharjah. This position is ideal for experienced human resources leaders with strong strategic HR expertise, deep knowledge of UAE labor regulations, and the ability to manage all aspects of human resources, drive organizational development, ensure regulatory compliance, build high-performing teams, and support business growth within a dynamic food manufacturing and distribution environment. Strategic HR Planning and Development – You will develop comprehensive human resources strategies aligned with business objectives, assess organizational capability needs, and implement HR initiatives that support business growth. You will conduct workforce planning, identify future talent requirements, and develop strategies to build organizational capacity for expansion and operational excellence. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Leadership – You will lead recruitment and talent acquisition strategies by identifying staffing needs, developing job descriptions, recruiting candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations. You will oversee recruitment processes, source talent through multiple channels, build talent pipelines, and ensure hiring of qualified candidates who fit organizational culture. Organizational Development and Change Management – You will lead organizational development initiatives including restructuring, process improvements, and organizational design projects. You will manage change management processes, support transitions, communicate changes effectively to employees, and minimize disruption while building organizational effectiveness. Employee Relations and Engagement Leadership – You will lead employee relations initiatives by addressing workplace concerns, resolving conflicts professionally, and maintaining positive working relationships. You will develop employee engagement programs, conduct engagement surveys, analyze feedback, implement engagement initiatives, and foster a positive workplace culture that promotes retention and satisfaction.
