Description

This is a client relationship + sales + coordination role where you manage important company clients (key accounts), handle communication, payments, and ensure smooth project execution.

Responsibilities

Act as main contact person for key clients Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction Handle client payments, billing, and ledger clearance Follow up on outstanding payments Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, finance) Generate new business opportunities Prepare client performance reports Maintain workflow between vendors and clients Manage multiple accounts and deadlines

Qualifications

Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to handle pressure and deadlines Basic understanding of billing and financial follow-ups Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communication 1–2 years experience in client servicing, accounts, or media
