In this role, you'll work on building the employee experience by leading core people processes—performance management, career development, feedback systems, and policies. Your focus will be enabling team leads through intuitive tools and clear guidance, creating fairness and transparency, and transforming how people experience their journeys at MicroAgility APAC.

Responsibilities

Audit and improve existing HR systems and policies to improve clarity and fairness. Implement quarterly performance check-ins, enabling leaders to deliver meaningful feedback. Partner closely with managers, providing coaching and practical tools for effective leadership. Develop clear, transparent career paths and progression frameworks. Lead the creation of unified recognition and retention initiatives. Ensure onboarding and offboarding experiences reflect our core values of respect and empathy. Guide and oversee the Learning & Development function, ensuring programs align with career progression frameworks, support leadership growth, and foster a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications

4–6 years in HR, People Operations, or Employee Experience roles. At least 2 years partnering directly with team leaders in strategic capacities. Proven track record in implementing successful people, performance, or culture initiatives. Familiarity with local labor practices; international exposure is beneficial.
