Senior QA Engineer (Manual + Automation)

We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer with strong manual testing expertise and mid-level automation skills to ensure high product quality while contributing to automation and continuous improvement initiatives. As a Senior QA Engineer, you will bring 4–6 years of QA experience, with strong expertise in manual and functional testing across the full SDLC, along with hands-on exposure to test automation frameworks. You will be responsible for end-to-end quality assurance, including test design, execution, defect management, and contributing to automation efforts to improve regression efficiency.

Design, write, review, and execute test cases at functional, integration, and end-to-end levels Perform requirement analysis and ensure complete test coverage Conduct exploratory and regression testing Identify, log, and manage defects with clear root cause analysis Perform data validation and database testing using SQL Validate complex business workflows and edge cases Ensure timely escalation of critical issues Participate in test planning, estimation, and sprint activities

4–6 years of experience in Software QA (Manual + Automation exposure) Strong expertise in manual testing across SDLC Experience working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments Hands-on experience in test case design, execution, and defect management Intermediate knowledge of SQL for data validation Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar tools Good understanding of API testing (Postman/REST) Hands-on experience with Playwright Proficiency in at least one language: JavaScript/TypeScript, Experience with frameworks like Cucumber, NUnit Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Git version control Basic understanding of BDD (Cucumber/SpecFlow)

ISTQB or equivalent certification Experience in performance testing (JMeter or similar) Experience with complex enterprise systems (3-tier architectures)
