We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Senior React Native Engineer with at least 5 years of professional mobile development experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and optimization of cross-platform mobile applications that are robust, scalable, and deliver exceptional user experiences. You will mentor junior developers, make key architectural decisions, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions.
Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of mobile applications using React Native.
Architect scalable and maintainable mobile solutions, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
Integrate with RESTful APIs, third-party services, and native APIs for deep platform integration.
Translate complex designs and wireframes into high-quality, reusable, and efficient code.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver features from concept to deployment.
Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to best practices.
Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize mobile applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
Stay up to date with emerging mobile development trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in mobile application development with React Native.
Strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, ES6+, and advanced React concepts.
In-depth understanding of iOS and Android development environments.
Proven experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Redux Toolkit, or Context API.
Strong understanding of mobile application architecture and design patterns.
Experience with mobile build pipelines, CI/CD, and publishing apps to the App Store and Google Play Store.
Proficient with Git and modern version control workflows.
Strong grasp of mobile UI/UX principles and accessibility standards.
Skilled in using debugging and profiling tools such as Flipper or Reactotron.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive projects to completion.
