Senior Talent Acquisition Executive

𝐖𝐄 𝐀𝐑𝐄 𝐇𝐈𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐆 Position: Senior Talent Acquisition Executive Department: Human Resources Location: Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi 𝐑𝐄𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐓𝐒 𝐓𝐎: Head of HR Denim-e Pvt. Ltd. is looking for someone to manage the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates in line with organizational requirements.

Manage the complete recruitment cycle (job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, on-boarding) Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and prepare job descriptions Source candidates via job portals, social media, agencies, and internal databases Screen and shortlist candidates as per job and organizational requirements Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments Arrange and coordinate interviews with hiring managers Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and hiring reports Ensure recruitment activities align with company policies and manpower plans Prepare and issue employment offers after approvals Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives Coordinate with HR Operations for smooth on-boarding

Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field 3–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (preferably in manufacturing/textile) Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple roles and meet deadlines Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/recruitment systems
