A Shopify /E-Commerce Virtual Assistant helps manage an online store by updating products, handling inventory, improving website content, and supporting daily store operations. The role ensures the online shop runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Improve and update product descriptions on Shopify Check website regularly for errors or outdated information Manage product inventory and prevent stock issues Respond to customer reviews on Shopify Update banners, product images, and website content Communicate with vendors for orders and inventory tracking Help with order and product management tasks Support smooth daily e-commerce operations

Qualifications

At least 1 year experience in Shopify or e-commerce work Basic knowledge of Shopify platform and tools Good English writing and communication skills Strong attention to detail Good organization and time management skills Ability to work independently (remote role) Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
