We are looking for a dynamic and responsible individual to manage social media marketing, customer coordination, vendor handling, and client management. The role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and the capability to handle customer concerns professionally in a fast-paced in-house environment. Location: Shahrah e Faisal, Karachi Timing: 12:00pm to 8:00pm

Responsibilities

-Manage social media accounts (posts, messages, engagement) -Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally -Coordinate with vendors and ensure smooth operations -Manage client communication and support needs -Maintain daily customer and operational records

Qualifications

-Good communication skills -Experience in social media or customer service (preferred) -Problem-solving attitude -Ability to multitask
