Develop, implement and execute our organic social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification Develop social media content monthly plans that are consistent with the company’s brand identity. Create consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, Writing relevant captions, CTA’s and using relevant high volume hashtags for posts, improving user engagement, and promoting social media campaigns. Work closely with Paid Social Media Strategists to optimize campaigns and targetable audience groups. Use analytical tools to monitor and evaluate the company’s social media presence and performance Optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information Define most important social media KPIs Preparing monthly reports on social media marketing efforts showing results (ROI/Engagement etc). Making our key LinkedIn Id’s more influential by managing and sharing engaging content Moderating and growing our LinkedIn communities Have the freedom and passion to experiment!
