Software Quality Assurance (SQA) 2026

Develop and implement quality metrics to drive continuous product improvement Define and maintain quality standards for software implementation Design and manage workflows for product inspection and quality testing Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to ensure high-quality software delivery Ensure software products meet customer requirements and business expectations Monitor and maintain reliability, performance, and quality standards in production environments

Master’s degree preferred or a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or in a similar role Strong knowledge of manual testing, including test case creation, execution, and defect reporting Solid understanding of quality assurance tools, methodologies, and best practices Expertise in unit testing and software testing processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer-focused mindset Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities
