Solar Energy Consultant

At Urban Solar Pvt Ltd, we are actively seeking for an energetic and results-driven Solar Advisor. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our solar solutions to businesses and homeowners. We are looking for candidates with a background in solar sales, though experience in sales from any industry or call center will be highly regarded.

Develop customized solar solutions based on customer needs and preferences. Present and explain financial options, including incentives, tax credits, and financing programs. Prepare and present detailed sales proposals and contracts. Close sales and ensure a smooth transition to the project management team. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of solar products, industry trends, and regulatory changes. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and follow-up. Meet/ exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Bachelor's degree in any field/renewable energy, engineering, sales, marketing, or environmental sciences. (A-Levels will also be considered with strong sales background) Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively. Knowledge of solar energy systems and familiarity with solar financing options and incentives is preferred. Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Passion for renewable energy and a commitment to sustainability. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Desirable: Experience in solar sales
