Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls with Spanish-speaking patients. Assist patients with billing inquiries, payment information, and claim status. Provide clear explanations of medical bills, insurance coverage, and payment options. Coordinate with clients and internal billing teams to resolve patient concerns. Maintain accurate call records and patient interaction notes in the system. Follow company protocols while maintaining patient confidentiality (HIPAA compliance). Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when necessary. Ensure high-quality customer service and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal communication required). Prior experience in customer support, call center, or medical billing is preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Basic understanding of medical billing processes is a plus. Ability to handle patient queries with professionalism and empathy. Good computer and documentation skills.
