Sr. Automation Test & Integration Engineer

The Automation Test & Integration Engineer will work at the intersection of AI-driven test generation and modern QA automation. This role involves validating and refining AI-generated test scripts (Selenium/Playwright), integrating them into CI/CD pipelines, and providing feedback to the AI engineering team to enhance automation accuracy and reliability. The engineer will also ensure seamless integration between automated testing and continuous deployment environments.

Review and validate AI-generated automation test scripts for accuracy, maintainability, and compliance with standards. Fix or enhance scripts generated by the AI system to ensure they are production-ready. Collaborate with AI engineers to provide structured feedback for improving prompt design and model accuracy. Integrate automation frameworks into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.). Design and maintain reusable automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, or equivalent tools. Identify automation opportunities from manual test cases and suggest improvements to the AI generation process. Ensure test coverage, execution efficiency, and reporting in CI/CD workflows.

6+ years of strong hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, or other test automation frameworks. Proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or C# for test scripting. Good understanding of Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with test design principles, test data management, and version control. Analytical mindset to assess AI-generated outputs and suggest improvement patterns.
