The Store Officer is responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, and maintaining efficient stock handling processes. The role supports smooth coordination to ensure timely availability of products and accurate reporting.

Responsibilities

1. Maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels 2. Monitor stock movement, including receiving, storage, and dispatch 3. Ensure proper storage and handling of products 4. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports 5. Maintain documentation and ERP system updates

Qualifications

Education: Graduation in Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in store management (preferably in retail/apparel) Software/Tools: ERP Systems and Microsoft Excel Skills: Inventory management skills, Attention to detail and accuracy, Good communication and coordination abilities
