Supporto Tecnico (Roma)

Help Desk Technician mainly responsible for post-sales technical support via phone and email for distributors and installers of video surveillance systems. The candidate must be able to manage multiple requests simultaneously while demonstrating professionalism, friendliness, and customer-oriented support. They should also be capable of communicating with colleagues both in Italy and at the headquarters in China if they are unable to resolve issues independently. The main product lines they will focus on include: DVR/NVR systems IP cameras HD analog systems PTZ cameras Thermal and industrial cameras License plate recognition systems They will also be expected to provide support across the entire Dahua Technology product range whenever necessary.

Native Italian speaker. Good written and spoken English skills. Proven experience of at least 2 years in the CCTV/video surveillance field. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in networking and computer networks. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools. Availability for short business trips when required. Preference will be given to candidates already familiar with video surveillance products and networking systems. Valid driving license and own vehicle required.
