Technical Product Intern

We are looking for a Technical Product Intern who is passionate about products and technical support to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an international environment, with the possibility of future full-time employment.

🔹 1. Product Promotion Support Assist with product testing and technical validation Create product operation/demo videos and technical documentation Support product promotion activities Organize and maintain internal materials (documentation, knowledge sharing, training) Assist in maintaining the Spain official website Localize and translate product materials into Spanish 🔹 2. Comprehensive Technical Support Provide support for after-sales technical issues Assist the technical team in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues Gradually engage in direct customer interaction Take on increasing technical responsibilities over time 🔹 3. Spanish Technical Training Support Support internal technical training sessions Gradually assist in customer-facing training Provide support for team events and activities

Proficiency in Spanish (spoken & written) and in Chinese (spoken & written) Bachelor’s degree or above in a STEM field (Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines preferred) Strong communication and cross-cultural skills Interest in product and marketing, with a willingness to learn and grow
