Territory Sales Officer - Bahawalpur

This is a field sales role focused on working with farmers and dealers to increase product sales, usage, and market growth. You will manage a specific territory, build relationships with customers (farmers + dealers), and ensure sales targets and product consumption goals are achieved.

Visit at least 5 farmers daily Conduct farmer meetings (16 per month) Provide field advisory services Educate farmers about products and pest control solutions Use field promoters effectively Prepare and execute monthly sales plans Achieve sales and product consumption targets Manage dealer relationships and improve loyalty Handle stock availability and channel inventory Support agreements, sales orders, and collections Conduct channel activities for smooth operations Collect market and competitor information Support promotional activities in assigned area Handle customer complaints Resolve farmer/dealer issues quickly Ensure customer satisfaction and retention

B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture or equivalent degree Fresh graduates can apply (1 year experience preferred) Strong knowledge of: Agronomy Pest management Crop protection products Good communication and negotiation skills
