We are looking for

BOILER OPERATOR (KARACHI)

Skills and Requirements:

Education: DAE (Diploma of Associate Engineering) with 1st Class Boiler Attendant Certificate (Mandatory)

Experience: 5 years Minimum experience of operating gas and biomass boilers

Number of Positions: 1

Requirements:

Operate, monitor and maintain gas and biomass boilers for uninterrupted and effective plant operations Carry out inspections of boilers, auxiliary equipment, and safety systems Periodically complete preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance to reduce downtime and extend the life of equipment Address operational issues and take corrective actions in a timely manner Monitor the parameters (pressure, temperature, and flow rates) of the boiler and verify conditions remain within safe operational parameters Maintain accurate up-to-date logs and records for operations, maintenance, and incidents Follow safety, health and environmental (HSE) legislation, policies, and standards, and report any abnormal events, safety concerns, or breakdowns to the appropriate parties Work with maintenance and engineering teams to facilitate repairs, malfunctions, and shutdowns Participate in emergency response drills and comply with all safety protocols at all times
