What you’ll actually do (besides drinking coffee and pretending to understand Excel macros):

– Help out with daily accounting stuff (nothing too wild)
– Keep financial records in check and reports up to date
– Mess around with invoices, chase payments, and watch the petty cash like a hawk
– Chat with the logistics and ops crew about billing and paperwork—so you won’t be stuck in a corner all day
– Back up the senior accountant whenever month-end chaos hits
