As an Assistant Meeting & Events Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring and applying an adequate level of Managerial skills into the Conference and Banqueting operations. You will be expected to have an in depth knowledge of all functions and event requirements, food and beverage product knowledge, service techniques and knowledge of local customs in order to help manage the Food & Beverage team to the required standards as per the Hotels policies and procedures.
