Education: BBA / MBA Sales & Marketing
Experience: Min 3-5 years of relevant experience in OMCs.

Responsibilities:

• Acquiring new customers and increasing sales/profits in each city/town.
• Increasing sales by managing existing customers.
• Strong ability to sell against the competition, negotiation and decision making.
• Maintaining consistent and profitable sales volume, planning and monitoring the team.
• Training and monitoring sales staff, and working with the customer service team.
• Market to my competitors, checking customer feedback and new opportunities.
• Growing customer base and maintaining good relationship with existing customers.
• Reporting to production team and management on monthly SKU sales forecast.
• Completing other tasks assigned by management.
