We are hiring Key Account Manager – Institutional/Tender Business
Role Overview
- Company: Hoechst Pakistan Ltd.
- Reporting to: Institutional Business Lead
- Location: Multan
- Contract Type: Permanent
Key Accountabilities
- Submit tenders** and submit them on time.
- Maintain good relations with public and private institutions/hospitals**.
- Achieve sales targets** and increase existing business.
- Determine company pricing on discounts.
- Conduct product presentations in collaboration with marketing and medical team**.
- Identify sales opportunities** and monitor competitors.
- Order and stock** and coordinate with distributor.
- Monitor distributor performance** and collect pending payments.
- Maintain team communication** and update daily reports.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- Graduate or Bachelors in Pharmacy.
- Min. 5-8 years of experience.
- In depth knowledge and understanding of Institutional & Tender Business management.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
